CONDITIONS FOR RAFFLE AND BONUS

CONDITIONS FOR THE RAFFLE:

  • The raffle is free of charge.
  • It is exclusively for real estate agents.
  • In order to participate, you must attend the Jade Tower Fuengirola End of Structure event and be present at the time of the raffle. 
  • Raffle numbers will only be provided to those participants who identify themselves with valid ID. 
  • Raffle numbers provided by fellow participants will not be accepted. 
  • No claims will be accepted for any incident or misinterpretation of the raffle rules. 
  • The first prizes to be drawn are five 100€ gift cards from El Corte Ingles. Next, a 3 day / 2 night trip to Budapest for 2 people including flights with 1 piece of luggage and accommodation in a luxury hotel. The trip can be taken at any time during 2023, subject to availability. 
  • The prize will be delivered within a timeframe agreed upon with the winner.
  • The prize will be awarded only to the winner of the draw, in case the winner is not present, the prize will be re-drawn. 
  • The raffle will be held at a specific time and place, to be announced in advance.
  • The winner will be selected by a random selection among all present and eligible participants.
  • The winner will be notified immediately and must provide valid contact information to receive the prize.
  • The winner must comply with the terms and conditions set forth by the raffle organiser in order to be eligible to receive the prize.
  • The organiser of the prize draw reserves the right to change the rules at any time if necessary.

CONDITIONS FOR THE BONUS: 

  • This bonus is exclusive for real estate agents.
  • To be eligible, you must attend the Jade Tower Fuengirola End of Structure event and register by handing in your business card at the entrance.
  • The promotion applies to sales done from the 25th of January 2023 until the 31st of March 2023.
  • The bonus of 2.000€ will be paid to the selling agent once the PPC (Private Purchase Contract) is signed and the full amount of the 20% is paid by the purchasing client.

  • El sorteo es gratuito.
  • Es exclusivo para agentes inmobiliarios.
  • Para poder participar, debes acudir al evento de Jade Tower Fuengirola Fin de Estructura y estar presente en el momento del sorteo. 
  • Solo se proporcionará números para el sorteo a aquellos participantes que se identifiquen con acreditación válida. 
  • No se aceptarán números de sorteo proporcionados por compañeros. 
  • No se aceptarán reclamaciones por cualquier incidente o mala interpretación de las reglas del sorteo. 
  • Los primeros premios a sortear, son 5 tarjetas regalo de 100€ de El Corte Ingles. A continuación, un viaje de 3 días / 2 noches a Budapest para 2 personas que incluye vuelos con 1 pieza de equipaje y alojamiento en un hotel de lujo. El viaje se puede realizar en cualquier momento durante el año 2023, sujeto a disponibilidad.  
  • El premio será entregado en un plazo acordado con el ganador.
  • El premio será entregado solo al ganador del sorteo, en caso de no estar presente, el premio volverá a ser sorteado. 
  • El sorteo se realizará en un lugar y hora específicos, y se anunciará previamente.
  • El ganador será seleccionado mediante un sorteo aleatorio de entre todos los participantes presentes que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos.
  • El ganador será notificado de inmediato y deberá proporcionar información de contacto válida para recibir el premio.
  • El ganador debe cumplir con los términos y condiciones establecidos por el organizador del sorteo para poder recibir el premio.
  • El organizador del sorteo se reserva el derecho de cambiar las reglas en cualquier momento si es necesario.

CONDICIONES DEL BONO:

  • Para poder optar a él, deberás asistir al evento de Jade Tower Fuengirola Fin de Estructura y registrarte entregando tu tarjeta de visita en la entrada.
  • La promoción se aplica a las ventas realizadas desde el 25 de enero de 2023 hasta el 31 de marzo de 2023.
  • La bonificación de 2.000€ se abonará al agente vendedor una vez firmado el PPC (Contrato Privado de Compraventa) y abonado el importe íntegro del 20% por el cliente comprador.
